About The Role:

Join our growing prop trading firm as a Trading Platform Engineer. Build and support automated trading platforms for equities and options, work alongside a high-performing team, and enjoy strong career growth and performance-based bonuses.

What You'll Do:

• Manage trader VM infrastructure (provisioning, patching, backups, and capacity)
• Support and enhance Python interfaces for C++ trading applications
• Provision and configure trader virtual machines
• Provide first-line support for trader platforms and connectivity
• Develop Python automation and internal support tools
• Administer Linux systems and troubleshoot network connectivity
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and user guides
• Collaborate with C++ and C# engineering teams

What We're Looking For:

Required Skills

• Strong Linux system administration and troubleshooting
• Proficient in Python development and maintenance
• Solid TCP/IP, DNS, firewall, and networking knowledge
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and user support skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Proxmox, VMware, KVM, or Hyper-V
• Trading, financial services, or low-latency environment experience
• Knowledge of Protobuf/gRPC and C++
• Experience supporting trading desks or technical users
