Field Service Technician
Lexington, NC | Full-Time | Travel Up to 70%

We're looking for a hands-on Field Service Technician who enjoys solving problems, working directly with customers, and traveling to support equipment installations, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting projects across the U.S. and beyond.

What You'll Do

• Install, commission, test, and troubleshoot industrial equipment
• Support customer startups, repairs, upgrades, and system optimization efforts
• Perform mechanical, electrical, and process-related troubleshooting
• Oversee equipment installations and subcontractor activities at customer sites
• Develop test procedures, commissioning plans, field reports, and technical documentation
• Train operators and provide technical support to customers and project teams
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project requirements

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of field service, commissioning, field engineering, or system testing experience
• Experience working with industrial or heavy mechanical equipment
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documentation
• Customer-facing experience and strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
