Requirements: Extensive Forklift Experience Attention to detail Ability to accurately read and interpret large numbers, measurements, and part information. Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with unloading, receiving, measuring, and inspecting incoming materials. Stage and organize incoming material of all types appropriately and ensure all material is stored in such a manner as to prevent damage/loss. Assist with resolving problems/issues with incoming material by working with appropriate departments. Compiles and maintains material and parts inventory and status information to expedite movement of material and parts between production areas, according to predetermined production schedules and order priorities. Assist with organizing and maintaining products and inventory. Perform regular cycle counts and participate in physical inventory audits to maintain accuracy. Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while handling and transporting materials. Load or assist with loading finished products to be delivered to vendors or customers onto trucks. Oversee adequacy of load securement by truck driver and adjust as necessary to ensure product is protected from damage during shipment.
