Maintenance Mechanic

Maintenance TechnicianAre you an experienced maintenance technician who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving mechanical and electrical issues, and keeping production running? We're looking for a motivated technician to join our manufacturing team and play a key role in maintaining our production equipment and facility. If you have experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or production environments and enjoy hands-on work, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment.Diagnose equipment issues quickly to minimize production downtime.Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery.Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic schematics and blueprints.Complete repairs on industrial equipment safely and efficiently.Coordinate with equipment manufacturers and vendors when advanced troubleshooting is required.Inspect machinery to identify potential issues before failures occur.Maintain accurate maintenance documentation.Support continuous improvement projects to improve equipment reliability.Follow all company safety procedures.What We're Looking ForPrevious maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.Ability to read electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.Experience working on production equipment.Knowledge of hydraulic systems preferred.PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus.Ability to work independently while also collaborating with the production team.Strong attention to safety and detail.Why Join Our Team?Competitive pay starting at $25.00/hr (based on experience)Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time OffStable, full-time opportunityOpportunity to grow your maintenance career with a well-established manufacturing companyIf you're looking for a company that values skilled maintenance professionals and provides long-term career opportunities, apply today!
