What You Will Do

• You will work with one or more of the following technologies: Servers, Clients, Networking, Firewalls
• You will regularly work with other members of the organization as part of a cross functional team
• You will build strong relationships with customers and peers.
• You will assist in driving escalations to resolution.
• You will participate in improvement of internal processes (LEAN/ACE/CORE)
• You will use your technical knowledge and experience to facilitate resolution of service request and restoration tickets.
• You will assist with the implementation of technical solutions to support the projects you are assigned.
• Provide support for the Tier1 and Tier2 infrastructure teams.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Experience supporting technology in a professional environment
• Desktop Support, Server Administration
• Linux Systems Support is preferred
• Networking (important)
• Compliance frameworks (NIST 800-53)

Qualifications We Prefer

• Technology certifications (Systems Administration, Cloud, etc.)
• Security certifications (Sec+, CISSP, etc.)
