Our organization in Daytona Beach, Florida, is seeking a Family Medicine physician with a focus on Geriatrics to become part of a dedicated team comprising five physicians and three Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) in a cozy private practice environment.

• A fellowship in geriatrics is advantageous but not a strict requirement.

• The practice oversees Medicare Advantage HMO plans for patients aged 65 and older, operating on a capitated model.

• We are in search of a skilled clinician who is also knowledgeable about managed care, as maintaining high-quality care is essential.

• This is an exclusively outpatient role with standard working hours from Monday to Friday.

• Attractive compensation package that includes quarterly performance bonuses.
