We're looking for cheerful, people-loving Seasonal Sales Associates to join our team in Short Hills for the holiday season from November to January 2027!
If you love connecting with people, thrive in a busy team environment, and believe a little kindness goes a long way, you'll fit right in. Bring your holiday spirit—we'll bring the bracelets!
???? What You'll Do- Share the Little Words Project story and help guests find meaningful bracelets and gifts for themselves or someone special.
- Make personalized recommendations, connect with guests, and create a welcoming shopping experience—even when the store is buzzing.
- Create a fun, engaging Bead Bar experience by guiding guests through designing personalized bracelets and bringing their creativity and meaningful stories to life.

- Assist with inventory intake, replenishment, merchandising, and clienteling to keep the store running smoothly.
- Help capture fun, authentic in-store moments and bring the Little Words Project brand to life.
- Team up, stay flexible, and jump in wherever needed during the holiday rush.
- Take on other duties as directed by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
- Retail experience is a plus—but if you're friendly, eager to learn, and bring a great attitude, we'd love to meet you!
- You enjoy talking with people and making guests feel welcome.
- You're comfortable recommending products and excited to help the team reach sales goals.
- You bring positive energy, strong communication skills, and a can-do attitude.
- You're reliable, adaptable, and ready to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- You can work weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods as needed.
- You're a team player who is happy to roll up your sleeves and help where needed.
- You believe in kindness, connection, and self-love—and you're excited to share the Little Words Project message!
- ???? Be part of a brand built around kindness and connection.
- ???? Bring creativity to life at the Bead Bar.
- ???? Bring a little extra meaning to the holiday shopping season.
- ???? Earn competitive hourly pay starting at $16.00 hr plus commission opportunities.
- ???? Work with a fun, supportive team and meet guests from all walks of life.
- ✨ Help make gift-giving more personal, one bracelet at a time.
Ready to make spirits bright and spread a little kindness? We'd love to meet you! ????
