We are seeking a dedicated Support Services Representative to join our team, responsible for processing medical records requests, performing clerical duties, and assisting with billing responsibilities. This position is located onsite in Lebanon, New Hampshire, with variable start times between 6:30 and 7:30 AM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Process requests for medical records, EOBs, Ub92s, and itemized statements to designated business unit contact.
• Perform various clerical duties such as sorting correspondence, filing, photocopying, scanning, and indexing documents.
• Handle mail printing, tracking, and distribution.
• Assist with billing responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Essential Skills

• High school diploma required.
• 0-3 years of experience in a business office or related field.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent listening and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Customer service skills.
• Proficiency in data entry and 10-key by touch.

Additional Skills and Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare terminology.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to research and work independently.

Work Environment

This position is onsite with business casual attire, offering a variable start time between 6:30 and 7:30 AM, Monday through Friday. The role is not based in a hospital setting and provides a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

This is a Contract position based out of Lebanon, NH.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.75/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Lebanon,NH.
