Job Summary: We are seeking a knowledgeable LMS Consultant with a strong understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS), particularly SuccessFactors and Sana. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in LMS implementation and support, coupled with strong consultative and interpersonal skills. This role involves supporting the US regions, requiring strategic collaboration to enhance our learning processes and ensure seamless LMS operations.

Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience working with LMS platforms, with a focus on SuccessFactors and Sana.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in LMS software management and configuration. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Consultative and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent consultative skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and provide tailored solutions. Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams and regions.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve learning processes.
