Customer Experience Specialist

Located at Mid Rivers Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM , the Customer Experience Specialist isresponsible for assisting the service department to obtain guest feedback on manufacturer surveys and to follow up to help address and resolve opportunities and grow top tier results and service experiences. Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel.
