Benefits Complimentary hotel nights and discounts at Hyatt properties worldwide Medical insurance benefits for you and your dependents 30 days after joining Tuition Reimbursement and 401K/Employee Stock Purchase Plan Free parking and free meals Key Responsibilities Welcome guests with a friendly, professional, and hospitable attitude Complete guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently Verify reservations, room assignments, and payment methods Answer telephone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly Provide information about hotel amenities, services, local attractions, and dining recommendations Handle guest requests and resolve concerns in a timely and courteous manner Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction Process room changes, upgrades, and special requests when available Maintain accurate guest records and update information in the property management system Balance cash drawers and complete end-of-shift reports according to hotel procedures Follow all company policies, safety standards, and security procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area Qualifications Minimum of one year of previous front office supervisory experience preferred Ability to work a flexible schedule (including weekends/holidays/overnight) Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities Comfortable using computers and hotel property management systems Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor Exceptional guest service mindset Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Team-oriented with a positive attitude Basic math and cash-handling skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally Frequent walking, reaching, bending, and use of a computer and telephone #J-18808-Ljbffr Hyatt Hotels Corporation
