Front of House Manager – Upscale Casual | $65-70K + Bonus | Jacksonville, FL

A nationally respected, upscale-casual restaurant group is seeking a hands-on Front of House Manager to lead guest-facing operations in Jacksonville, FL. This is not a “stand in the corner” leadership role — this is for someone who is present on the floor, sets the tone for service, and builds a team that delivers a polished, high-energy guest experience every shift.

This is full FOH leadership responsibility. You will:

• Lead daily front-of-house operations with a visible, floor-driven presence

• Set and uphold service, hospitality, and guest experience standards

• Coach and develop a high-performing service team (servers, bartenders, hosts)

• Manage labor, scheduling, and staffing to meet business demands

• Drive guest satisfaction, handle escalations, and ensure service recovery

• Partner with BOH leadership to ensure seamless execution

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall dining room standards

• Step in as Manager on Duty and support total restaurant operations

The right leader for this role:

• Has 2+ years as a FOH Manager or Assistant Manager in upscale or polished casual dining

• Is passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

• Leads with confidence, composure, and professionalism on the floor

• Can manage high volume without sacrificing service standards

• Builds strong teams through coaching, accountability, and presence

• Is comfortable running shifts independently and making real-time decisions

• Takes ownership of both the guest experience and team performance
