Senior Program Manager

FCS is actively looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager for their top client in the Greater Hartford, CT area. This is a Direct Hire / Permanent opportunity with a specialized Med-Device Manufacturer that's recognized as a Top 100 "Best Company's to Work For in the Nation", and industry leader in the designing and developing comprehensive solutions for Med-Devices. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for managing a team of Manufacturing Engineers, directing the New Product Introductions (NPI) from Engineering to the Production & Manufacturing, providing oversight through validation, process/design/revision changes, and creating solutions to meet customer requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree in a Engineering discipline, with a minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in the Med-Device, Aerospace, and/or Technology industry. Proven experience managing and directing New Product Introductions (NPI) from the design stage through Engineering, Validation, to Production & Manufacturing. Expertise in managing and directing new and existing programs, creating timelines, KPI's, deliverables, resource planning, etc. Strong Leadership qualities with prior experience managing teams of Manufacturing Engineers. Develops business proposals for design improvements, revising and reviewing SOP's for newly developed processes. Cultivates strong, long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers within accounts and develops a deep knowledge of the customer organization.
