Clinical Research Coordinator I-Emergency Medicine (Evening Shift)

Job Overview Assists investigators and study team in the implementation, coordination, and conduct of clinical research activities. Under direct supervision, the balance between patient-facing and administrative data tasks varies according to the specific requirements of each research program. Responsibilities Assist with study start‑up and preparation/maintenance of regulatory documents required by sponsors and regulatory agencies (e.g., regulatory binders, source documents, correspondence). Assist with preparation of protocols, informed consents, modifications, renewals, and other necessary study documents for IRB and/or sponsor review. Assist clinical research personnel in implementation of clinical research projects and in identification and recruitment of eligible study subjects. Maintain inventory of study supplies and equipment; prepare lab kits and requisitions prior to visits. Collect specimens from subjects and process specimens as instructed. Arrange study visits and provide instructions to study participants and families. Coordinate reimbursement for study subjects. Triage patient questions. Assist with adverse event monitoring and reporting. Create and maintain case report forms or source document templates. Abstract data from medical records and enter information into study‑specific forms and electronic data capture platforms. Facilitate study initiation, monitoring, and close‑out visits. Attend investigator meetings as needed. Support research activities by conducting literature searches, assisting with QA/AC procedures, entering, coding, creating, updating data spreadsheets, retrieving, preparing, and managing data through importing and exporting in various formats. Perform other job functions as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; education and/or experience may be considered in lieu of the degree if directly related to duties. Good organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Some knowledge of FDA, HSR, and GCP Guidelines. Proficient analytical skills with ability to remain agile and adaptable to various technological systems. Salary Pay Range: $46,280.00 – $75,670.40.
