About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Integrator to join their team. This is a pivotal role, as the successful candidate will be responsible for taking the visionary's big-picture growth goals and transforming them into a structured, highly functional reality. The COO will be the driving force behind the execution of the firm's strategic plans, building and optimizing operational processes, and ensuring the financial health and visibility of the business. A key aspect of the role is to foster a high-performance culture, oversee talent management, and maintain cross-departmental alignment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar leadership position, with a strong preference for those who have a deep understanding of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and a proven track record as an EOS Integrator. Applicants for the COO position at the company should possess an operator mindset, with a focus on business acumen, operational discipline, and scalability expertise. While prior legal industry experience is not mandatory, the candidate must be a tech-savvy leader with exceptional proficiency in modern project management systems, CRM platforms, and workforce automation technologies. Financial literacy is also a critical requirement, as the role involves managing budgets, interpreting financial statements, and driving operational efficiency through data. The successful candidate will be a high EQ leader, capable of managing diverse personalities, and will be expected to demonstrate a firm but empowering leadership style, with a strong emphasis on accountability.
