Maintenance Manager

Maintenance ManagerAs the Maintenance Manager, you will oversee interior and exterior repairs, vendor coordination, and maintenance operations across occupied and vacant properties. This role is responsible for ensuring all properties are maintained to company standards while managing projects, supporting maintenance staff, coordinating contractors, and helping minimize downtime, liability risks, and deferred maintenance throughout the portfolio.Position Responsibilities:Oversee maintenance programs for roofs, exterior, pavement, drainage systems, trees, and other exterior componentsCoordinate and supervise repair projects from start to finishWork closely with in-house maintenance teams and outside contractorsManage vendor relationships, bids, contracts, scheduling, and performanceEnsure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standardsMaintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance schedulesEnsure compliance with local building codes, OSHA standards, and safety regulationsIdentify and mitigate potential liability or safety hazards across propertiesQualifications:10+ years of experience in property maintenance, construction, or facilities managementStrong knowledge of roofing, paving, drainage, siding, HVAC systems, and exterior repairsExcellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skillsExperience managing contractors and negotiating vendor pricingAbility to prioritize and oversee multiple properties and projects simultaneouslyProficiency with maintenance software and Microsoft OfficeOSHA 30, EPA Lead-Safe Certification, or similar certifications preferredValid driver's license and reliable transportation requiredAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsWhat We Offer:Competitive pay based on experienceUp $20,000 annually in bonus potentialGrowth opportunities within a fast-growing property management companyCompany-supported team environmentConsistent year-round work across a large portfolio of propertiesTo apply, please submit your resume and relevant experience for consideration.
