Resumen del puesto: Propel busca un Data Lead para crear una base de datos escalable, impulsar decisiones basadas en datos y gestionar proyectos de IA. Colaborarás con equipos, mentorearás al grupo de datos y convertirás datos en insights para la organización y socios. Estrategia, Gobernanza y Liderazgo Definir la estrategia de datos alineada con los objetivos organizacionales. Establecer gobernanza de datos, incluyendo definiciones, catálogo, y controles de calidad. Coordinar y mentorizar al equipo de datos, promoviendo estándares entre partes no técnicas. Arquitectura de Datos, Pipelines y Almacenamiento Diseñar e implementar pipelines ETL/ELT con monitoreo y control de costos. Desarrollar lagos/almacenes de datos como única fuente de verdad. Integrar diversas fuentes asegurando fiabilidad y escalabilidad. Análisis y Apoyo a la Toma de Decisiones Definir métricas clave, crear paneles/informes y generar recomendaciones claras para la toma de decisiones. Proyectos de IA (gestión y entrega) Gestionar proyectos de IA/ML, garantizando buenas prácticas de MLOps en todo el proceso. Coordinar la preparación de datos, evaluación de modelos y su despliegue. CRM (como una fuente de datos, no la única) Asegurar la integración y fiabilidad de los datos del CRM en la plataforma de datos más amplia. Duración: Full-time Compensación: $2000 - 2200 USD Dedicación: 40-45 horas por semana Requisitos 2+ años de experiencia en ingeniería de datos y análisis/BI. Experiencia en arquitecturas de datos y lakehouse. Sólida gobernanza de datos y documentación. Experiencia gestionando proyectos de IA/ML. Habilidades de comunicación y gestión de stakeholders.
