General Manager | Upscale Fine Dining
Location: San Diego, CA
Salary: $100,000 to $120,000 + 10% Bonus + Full Benefits
We're seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a highly regarded, chef-driven upscale restaurant in San Diego. This is an outstanding opportunity for a hospitality leader who excels at delivering exceptional guest experiences, developing high-performing teams, and driving strong financial results.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations and service excellence
- Hire, coach, and develop managers and team members
- Manage P&L, labor, food and beverage costs, and profitability
- Partner with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain outstanding guest satisfaction and team culture
Qualifications
- 5+ years of General Manager experience in upscale or fine dining
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- High-volume restaurant experience
- Proven success managing financial performance and guest satisfaction
Compensation & Benefits
- $100,000 to $120,000 Base Salary
