Registered Nurse - Operating Room

We continue to grow and seek experienced OR RNs to join our team! Our state-of-the-art facility boasts:

• 17 rooms including 3 open heart, a thoracic CVOR; 2 robot rooms, 2 orthoorauma, 2 vascular- all other specialities are rotated throughout the other rooms
• A Hybrid OR -- we will be starting TAVR cases.
• Weekly staff meetings and In-services
• Active Unit Practice Council that has membership from both Main and CV ORs
• Relationship Based Care Model
• Structured orientation coordinated by the Nurse Educator complete with scheduled meetings to facilitate learning
• We are currently on the EPIC journey.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with current Connecticut license and CPR certification required. BSN preferred and prior OR experience required.
