Position: Sales Associate This is more than a sales role-it's an opportunity to change lives while growing your career . As a Sales Associate, you'll partner with the General Manager to: Drive new membership growth Connect with prospects and guide them into Demo Classes Build meaningful relationships with members Deliver a premium, "Blue Carpet" level experience from first interaction to long-term retention You are the first impression, the energy, and the reason people say yes . Compensation & Perks $12/hour base pay 10% commission on sales (uncapped earning potential) Performance-based bonuses tied to studio goals Complimentary Pilates classes Retail discounts Strong growth opportunities into sales leadership and management roles What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is driven, confident, and passionate about people . 1+ year of retail or sales experience required Fitness, yoga, or wellness sales experience preferred Experience selling memberships or packages is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required Strong communication and relationship-building skills Goal-oriented with a track record of hitting targets Professional, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with social media and client engagement Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Availability for evenings and/or weekends Key Responsibilities Execute the full sales cycle: lead generation follow-up close Build authentic relationships with prospects and members Conduct studio tours and personalize the experience Meet and exceed monthly sales targets Promote Pilates as a lifestyle and wellness solution Book and manage Demo Class appointments Participate in community events and studio activations Continuously develop and refine your sales skills Why Club Pilates?
