Rotating Schedule including every other weekend 8:30-5pm
Receptionist needed at New Hope Manor, a privately owned nursing facility in Cedar Park. Applicant would be responsible for general office duties.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Answer phone calls
- Take and relay messages
- Greeting visitors- Ensure lobby, reception and nurses areas are tidy
- Excel and Word Documents
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Good telephone skills
- Friendly and Outgoing
- Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Mature and reliable
- Works independently
- Flexible with schedule
- Experience working and communicating with the elderly a plus!
