Overview:

We are is seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing vacancy turnovers, scheduling day-to-day maintenance, managing vendor contacts, and coordinating large maintenance and capital improvement projects. Additionally, the role involves handling city and insurance inspections.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage property vacancy turnovers, ensuring timely and efficient completion.

Schedule and coordinate daily maintenance tasks and repairs.

Contact and schedule vendors for various maintenance and repair services.

Manage and supervise large-scale maintenance projects and capital improvements.

Facilitate city and insurance inspections, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of maintenance activities and inspections.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Maintenance Coordinator.

Prior experience in property management.

Proficiency with computer systems; knowledge of AppFolio is a plus.

Strong skills in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

High school diploma required; additional education or certification in general maintenance practices preferred.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

Ability to start immediately.
