Keen Mt. Retail Sales Worker

The Retail Sales Worker is responsible for stocking and inventorying products as well as maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the retail location. The Retail Sales Worker provides general customer service and assistance to guests and may process sales transactions. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs. Compensation Data COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $16.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting. Job Responsibilities Calls on each store with in a specific route according to a pre-arranged schedule Makes contact with appropriate store personnel Ensure rack diagram compliance, proper usage of stickers, and maintaining the signage is used on product wherever possible Ensure shelves are tagged correctly and updated as needed Re-merchandise and re-stocks display areas Completes inventory sheets on each store Contacts Area Sales Director if stores need product Performs other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job Drives own vehicle with mileage reimbursement Qualifications Current valid state driver's license Safe driving documentation Ability to generate written communications and operate required office equipment Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Must be able to work independently with limited supervision Must be available to work flexible hours including evening and weekends Must have the ability to exert force necessary to lift, maneuver, and move average loads of 100 to 175 lbs from storage areas to customer service areas. This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
