Crossroads YMCA in Lake County is seeking a School Age Director to lead before/after school and camp programs. You will supervise a large staff, partner with schools and families, and ensure safe, engaging experiences that advance youth development. This fast-paced, mission-driven role requires coaching, budgeting, and program quality oversight.
