We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist who has experience with treating head/neck pain and also with helping patients with vestibular conditions.

This leader in therapy will be the principal therapist operating out of the Appleton office, with support, guidance, and direction provided by the Director of NeuroIntegrative Therapy. Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and executing on treatment plan as defined in each patient case. Therapist will have extensive freedom and independence in determining the appropriate treatment plan for every patient. Extensive care collaboration opportunities will be present and encouraged, with all other care providers (including therapists, nurse practitioners, and physicians), ensuring patients are progressing on their care journey appropriately.

The pay range for this role is:
38 - 43 USD per hour(Mind+ Neurology (Brookfield))
