Manufacturing Quality Engineer

Job Description Job Description Job description PRIMARY FUNCTION Under direction of the Senior Quality Manager, the Quality Engineer will provide technical quality support to the manufacturing production lines. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ● Conduct routine periodic tests or audits on processes and products. ● Perform OBA/ORT as required. ● Compile quality data and create reports that are suitable for customer presentation. ● Help train and monitor IPQC personnel. ● Support QHSE certification programs. PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS ● Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in engineering or related field. ● ASQ Quality Engineer certification. ● Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications. ● Ability to work with all levels of quality personnel. EXPERIENCE ● Minimum 3 years of experience working in a similar capacity as a manufacturing quality engineer. ● Experience creating quality reports with Excel and Minitab. ● Strong working knowledge of Agile and SAP.
