As a Product Lead at HealthWorksAI, you’ll collaborate closely with the Product Manager to shape the next generation of healthcare analytics solutions for payers in the Medicare Advantage ecosystem. In this Product Lead role, you will stay tuned to customer and prospect feedback to ensure the customer’s voice is fully incorporated into the roadmap, constantly working on features that deliver the highest impact for every health plan’s investment in HealthWorksAI. Product Lead Job Responsibilities Ideation and validation: Research the competitive landscape, partner with industry analysts like Gartner, and validate product ideas through direct client interactions to ensure every feature solves a real payer need. Design thinking: Utilize Design Thinking principles to create intuitive wireframes and workflows that resonate with health plan clients — translating complex business requirements into elegant, usable product experiences. Prioritization and implementation: Use frameworks like RICE to prioritize solutions for maximum reach and impact, collaborating with the data engineering team to build end-to-end data pipelines that power product features. Turning ideas into reality: Work closely with data engineering and product engineering teams to build robust end-to-end data pipelines, seamlessly merging technology with innovation to deliver measurable client outcomes. Inception to adoption: Collaborate with the Customer Success team on initial client implementations — driving product adoption, utilization, and long-term value realization across the payer portfolio. Feedback-driven excellence: Continuously gather client and prospect feedback to refine and optimize product strategies — ensuring the roadmap always reflects the highest-impact priorities for Medicare Advantage payers. What We’re Looking For 4+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, preferably in Healthcare Insurance or a related domain. A graduate from IIT, NIT, or BITS Pilani. Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Python, and Advanced Excel. Ability to translate business ideas, wish lists, and client requirements into compelling product briefs. Knowledge of network adequacy and key components of provider networks PCPs, specialists, hospitals, and long-term care facilities is a strong plus. Proven experience working cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and customer success teams.
