About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning, building, and running a startup in the field of AI. This role is not for the faint-hearted; it requires an ambitious entrepreneur with a strong desire to scale their own startup. The CTO will be part of an extensive personal development journey, receiving 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, and will be supported in all aspects of startup growth, from team building to product iteration and funding. Applicants for the CTO position at the company should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation. The role demands a high level of commitment, with the expectation that the CTO will take full responsibility for their startup and work towards scaling it to €100M+ in revenues. Excellent communication skills in English are a must. The CTO will work closely with serial entrepreneurs, and benefit from a network of over 50,000 professionals for hiring support, as well as intensive coaching to prepare the startup for significant funding rounds.
