Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,227–$2,291 per week Guaranteed hours: 0.0 Contract weeks: 13 Shift: 12-hour nights Start date: 10/04/2026 Setting: Short Term Acute Care Hospital; Emergency Department Responsibilities Provide comprehensive ED nursing care for acutely ill or injured patients, including initial assessment, triage, stabilization, and ongoing monitoring. Administer medications and treatments, perform nursing procedures, monitor responses, and document findings in the electronic health record. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the care team to develop and adjust patient care plans; support patient flow and safety. Respond to emergencies and code events per established protocols; initiate rapid assessment and interventions as needed. Educate patients and families about treatments, discharge planning, and post-ED care; ensure infection control and safety standards are maintained. Float to units within scope of practice as needed; adhere to unit policies and maintain professional standards. Requirements Certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, ENPC Experience: Minimum 1 year of ER experience; travel experience preferred Shift readiness: Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, with weekend rotation and unit float within scope of practice Orientation: Virtual orientation scheduled on start date; 8 hours non-billable orientation Licensing: Licensure requirements are defined by the assignment notes; follow applicable regulatory standards for ER nursing in the listed location Benefits and Support Biweekly payroll Virtual orientation prior to start (8 hours non-billable) Nicotine-free facility policy Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
