About the Position

TransForce is seeking a CDL A Driver to support dedicated operations based out of Tracy, CA. This position offers consistent routes, home daily scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a stable operation hauling glass and paper products throughout Central California.

Pay & Schedule Details

Start Time: 4:00 AM – 5:00 AM
Hours per Week: 40
Employment Type: Long Term Flex

Job Details

Route Type: Dedicated
Route: Tracy to Lodi, Madera, and Fresno
Freight: Glass and paper products
Equipment: Primarily dry van with occasional flatbed loads
Home Time: Home Daily

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
Transport glass and paper products on designated routes
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate logs and required paperwork
Secure freight when necessary and follow all cargo securement procedures
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations personnel
Deliver professional customer service during pickups and deliveries

Minimum Requirements

Experience: 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
Valid CDL A License
Ability to safely operate tractor-trailer equipment
