Cleveland, OH General Contractor | Full-Time | Competitive Salary + Benefits Are you an experienced Construction Manager looking to take the lead on high-profile commercial projects in the Cleveland area? I’m working with a well-established General Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering quality commercial builds, from retail and office spaces to large-scale developments. What You’ll Do: Oversee projects from pre-construction through completion Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and site operations Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met Build and maintain strong client relationships Lead and mentor on-site teams to deliver successful projects What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of construction management experience (commercial focus preferred) Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Experience working with a General Contractor environment Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes Why Join?
