Desktop Support Technician

$34 - $36 per hour

Type: Direct Hire Rate: $34-$36/hr Responsibilities Desktop & End User Support Provide Level I & II desktop support to corporate employees. Independently manage and prioritize ServiceNow tickets. Troubleshoot Windows workstations, Microsoft 365 applications, hardware, printers, Outlook, OneDrive, Active Directory, and common desktop issues. Escalate issues to Level III/IV Infrastructure teams when appropriate. Configure laptops and equipment. Prepare desks and workstations. Coordinate home office equipment shipments. Provision user accounts and hardware. Conference Room & Executive Support Support Microsoft Teams Rooms. Troubleshoot conference room technology including cameras, microphones, displays, and meeting equipment. Provide white-glove support for executive meetings. Customer Support Deliver exceptional customer service to employees at all levels. Support C-Suite executives professionally and confidently. Serve as the face of the IT organization for corporate users. This position is eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision #J-18808-Ljbffr Addison Group
