Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store, Bilingual Preferred - Retail Sales

Job Overview Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They are ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services, build and deepen customer relationships, and provide exceptional customer experiences. Mobile Associates excel in a high‑traffic environment, applying solution‑based selling techniques and using digital self‑serve tools to guide customers through onboarding and product demonstrations. Job Responsibilities Proactively engage with a broad range of customers in a highly‑traffic retail environment, using digital tools and effective communication to educate customers and showcase the value of T‑Mobile solutions. Consistently leverage digital self‑serve tools during customer interactions, identify customer needs, and use solution‑based selling techniques to fully demonstrate the value of T‑Mobile products and services. Recommend wireless solutions and an onboarding solution to help customers understand how to self‑serve and utilize the T‑Mobile app. Complete training on the T‑Mobile in‑store experience, new skills, products and processes. Review personal results, current promotions, and updates on the Hub to remain customer‑ready at all times. Partner with nearby store locations to properly and fully on‑board customers, perform skills practice, knowledge sharing, store operations, opening and closing procedures, and handle kiosk key procedures. Maintain a customer‑obsessed mindset: passionate, friendly, engaging, and able to build rapport, trust, and loyalty. Proactively reach out to potential customers to drive sales activity, follow up, capture referrals, manage back‑up processes, and perform price overrides for specialty offers. Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account set‑up through device support and account servicing. Education and Work Experience High School Diploma or GED (Required) At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Customer Satisfaction: Passionate customer advocate who balances customer experience with performance goals. (Required) Team Building: Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing best practices while serving customers. (Required) Retail Sales: Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment. (Required) Licenses and Certifications At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Travel Travel is not required. DOT Regulated DOT Regulated Position: No Safety Sensitive Position: No Compensation Hourly Base Pay: $18.00, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive on‑the‑job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. Upon completion, Mobile Associates promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annual incentive target of $18,000 per year. All employees are guaranteed to earn $20 per hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. All employees are eligible for an annual stock grant.
