Remote Client Care & Enrollment Specialist
A Medium Corporation
Medium is hiring for a fully remote, performance-driven customer engagement role. You’ll meet virtually with clients, assess their needs, and guide them through enrollment with professional, personalized support. A strong communicator, self-motivated and organized, you’ll thrive in a flexible schedule and a collaborative, mentorship-focused team.
Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required; training is provided and rapid career growth is possible based on results.
