Take ownership of mistakes, fix them fast, and help the team improve Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed Qualifications 1+ years of customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality—all welcome) Excellent phone etiquette and typing skills (40+ WPM) Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new software (we’ll train you on ours) Reliable transportation and a clean background check Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus but not required Schedule Tuesday - Saturday 9am to 6pm (plenty of notice and never mandatory overtime).
