Partner Success Analyst

As we continue to grow across North America, we're looking for a Partner Success Specialist to support the successful delivery of key partner programs. Job Description In this role, you'll work closely with partners and internal teams to coordinate activities, resolve issues, support onboarding and enablement initiatives, and ensure an outstanding partner experience. You'll play a key role in keeping partner accounts organised, tracking actions and helping drive adoption across our solutions. What you'll be doing Support day-to-day activities across key partner accounts Track actions, escalations and customer issues through to resolution Coordinate with Sales, Support, Product and Operations teams Maintain CRM records and partner account information Support partner onboarding, training and enablement activities Prepare reports and updates on partner performance and engagement Qualifications What we\'re looking for 2+ years\' experience in customer support, customer success, account coordination, sales support or operations Strong organisational and communication skills Experience using CRM systems and reporting tools Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders A proactive, customer-focused mindset Additional Information Why Radius?
