In this role, you'll assist clients with planning, booking, and managing their travel experiences while working in a flexible, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and other travel arrangements
• Provide expert recommendations tailored to client needs, preferences, and budgets
• Ensure seamless travel experiences by managing reservations and itineraries
• Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and destinations to offer the best options
• Deliver top-notch service while addressing any issues or changes that arise

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in customer service or travel booking is a plus (not required)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
• Must be 18+ with reliable internet access and a dedicated home workspace
