Through the training program, you will receive certification and expertise in all services offered. Responsibilities Promote teamwork to deliver on‑time and accurate guest care during all operating hours Demonstrate excellent guest service, including clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles Ensure the service center is clean and presentable Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid‑level automotive technicians Check and communicate oil level to teammates Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary Complete vehicle inspection Install new oil drain plug and new oil filter Clean and lubricate fittings as needed Document all work performed on repair order Report safety issues immediately to management Maintain strict adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation Perform various manual tasks for extended periods, including light and heavy lifting (consumer tires and wheels), standing, bending, and squatting Qualifications At least 3 months of customer‑facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality, etc.) Minimum age 18 and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future Previous experience preferred but not required Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates Strong work ethic with a positive attitude; independently motivated, dependable, team player Demonstrates responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to follow procedures, identify problems, and make sound decisions Physically able to stand for extended periods on hard surfaces, lift up to 50 pounds, perform manual tasks including bending and squatting Willingness to work in varying temperatures, loud environments, and around exhaust fumes Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays Commitment to adhering to all safety protocols and company policies Perform other duties as assigned Equal Employment Opportunity We are an equal opportunity employer and celebrate our employees' differences, including race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, and Veteran status.
