Job Summary Tryfacta is seeking a Center Administrator for our client in Orono, ME 04473. This is a 13-week contract assignment. Position Title: Center Administrator Location: Orono, ME 04473 Duration: 13 Weeks (Possible Extension) Work Schedule: Days, 5x8-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: Oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of the healthcare center. Supervise administrative personnel and coordinate workflow to ensure efficient operations. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Manage staffing schedules, employee performance, and operational productivity. Monitor budgets, expenditures, and resource utilization to support efficient facility operations. Collaborate with clinical leadership to maintain high standards of patient and resident care. Coordinate quality improvement initiatives and assist with accreditation and compliance activities. Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation. Serve as the primary point of contact for operational issues, vendors, and internal departments. Promote a positive, collaborative work environment while supporting organizational goals. To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience] Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum of 1 years of healthcare administrative or management experience, preferably in a long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or healthcare facility. Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, and quality standards. Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare information systems. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
