- Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 base salary, depending on experience + RVU incentives. Sign-on bonus/relocation assistance is negotiable as well.
- Benefits: - Up to 5 weeks of PTO per year, including vacation, sick leave, and paid holidays - Medical, dental, vision, and pet coverage - 401(k) retirement plan with employer match. - Tuition assistance program and opportunities for National Health Service Corp loan repayment and AHEC loan repayment awards. - If not eligible for loan repayment, a $10,000 retention bonus is available - 5 days + $2,500 per year for CMEs; can be rolled over one year after if needed

We offer an integrated, team-based care model with embedded behavioral health professionals, care coordinators, and access to dental and vision services. Providers may qualify for loan repayment through the National Health Service Corps and AHEC programs. We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner with a commitment to evidence-based medicine and comfort managing complex patients in a collegial, patient-centered environment. This clinician will provide consultation, treatment, and/or co-management with the behavioral health team. Qualifications: - BC - VT license or eligibility
