Senior React JS DeveloperLocation: Dallas, TX OR Rutherford, NJ (ONSITE) Full Time ONLYRoles and Responsibilities:Lead front-end development efforts using React to build responsive and dynamic user interfaces.Lead front-end architectural decisions and enforce best practices across projects.Implement responsive UI designs with expertise in modern CSS, optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.Mentor junior and mid-level developers and conduct advanced code reviews to maintain and elevate code quality standards.Drive the adoption of new technologies and best practices within the team.Expert-level proficiency in React, including advanced patterns, performance optimization, and best practices.Deep expertise in various state management patterns and libraries, with the ability to choose and implement optimal solutions for complex applications.Expert knowledge of advanced CSS techniques, performance-oriented styling, and experience in building and maintaining design systems.Extensive experience managing front-end workflows using Node.js, npm/Yarn, and advanced build configurations; ability to optimize build processes.Expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, integration, and E2E tests, using tools like Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright.Expert in Git and GitHub for complex projects, including advanced branching, release management, and code review processes.Prior experience or deep understanding of Micro Frontends architecture and implementation strategies.
