Why You’ll Love This Opportunity Competitive Pay – $71/hour Monday–Friday Schedule No rotating weekends Meaningful work supporting underserved communities Collaborative and supportive healthcare environment Expand your women’s health and reproductive care experience Opportunity for colposcopy training Schedule Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Late Clinic Every Wednesday | 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM Facility: Wyandotte County Public Health Department Location: 619 Ann Ave, Kansas City, KS 66101 What You’ll Be Doing As a Public Health Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive, client-centered reproductive healthcare services, including: Family Planning & Women’s Health Services Physical assessments, sports/work physicals, and limited acute care services Routine gynecological care, pelvic exams, and breast exams Medication prescribing and treatment planning Diagnostic testing and interpretation Pregnancy options counseling and patient education Development of clinical protocols and procedures Collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams Qualifications Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing Active RN License Active APRN/NP License in the State of Kansas Experience in reproductive health, OB/GYN, family planning, or women’s health Current BLS CertificationStrong communication and organizational skills Title X experience is a plus Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus Apply Today!
