Operations Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or other technical discipline 5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience The successful Operations Manager will provide leadership for a complex manufacturing operation, ensuring world-class performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This leader will oversee day-to-day operations while partnering closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Scheduling, and Supply Chain to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will bring a hands‑on leadership style, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build high‑performing teams in a fast‑paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment.
