Senior ML Hardware Test Architect

Google Inc. is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Test Development Engineer for its Sunnyvale, CA location. In this role, you will define and document manufacturing test strategies, oversee test development, and partner with teams to innovate custom silicon solutions. You will play a vital role in optimizing test processes, ensuring production capacity, and mitigating risks associated with manufacturing. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of experience in manufacturing. A preferred Master’s degree or PhD in a related field is advantageous.
