Job Details Job Location: Chatsworth, IL 60921 Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 Salary/year Job Shift: Third PRINSCO is hiring a Production Supervisor – 3rd Shift to lead overnight manufacturing operations in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a hands‑on production leader who enjoys driving efficiency, developing employees, and maintaining a strong safety culture. Pay & Schedule Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 per year Bonus: Eligible for performance‑based bonus Schedule: 3rd Shift (overnight) Full‑time Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead production team members to meet nightly production, quality, and safety goals in a manufacturing environment Coordinate workflow and adjust schedules to meet production demands and deadlines on 3rd shift Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements using lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods Partner with maintenance, quality, and operations teams to resolve production issues quickly Train, coach, and develop employees to improve performance, engagement, and retention Enforce OSHA and company safety standards and promote a safe work environment on the production floor Monitor production metrics, analyze data, and drive operational improvements Ensure materials and inventory are available to prevent downtime Address employee performance, attendance, and workplace concerns in a fair and timely manner Qualifications 3–5 years of manufacturing or production experience 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience in a production or warehouse environment Experience with lean manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement preferred Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills Ability to work independently and lead a team on the overnight shift Experience with production tracking systems, ERP, or manufacturing software Knowledge of OSHA and workplace safety regulations Education Bachelor’s degree preferred (Manufacturing, Business, Industrial, or related field) Equivalent hands‑on leadership experience in manufacturing will be considered Why Work at PRINSCO Stable, growing manufacturing company Bonus opportunity tied to performance Opportunities for advancement and leadership development Team‑oriented culture with a strong focus on safety and quality Benefits Prinsco offers a competitive compensation and benefits package designed to support you and your family.
