Fresenius Medical Care in Albany, NY seeks an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP 1 program, providing and coordinating clinically competent care to patients undergoing hemodialysis.

You will work within the ESKD health care team to assess, plan, intervene and evaluate, collaborating with RNs, LVN/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians while contributing to teaching and quality improvement activities.
