What You'll Do

Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
Assess patient needs, develop, and implement individualized care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Utilize best practices and adhere to regulatory standards and hospital policies
Document patient information accurately and efficiently
Support patient education and provide emotional support
Handle emergency situations with professionalism and quick decision-making

What You Need
Required:

Valid RN license in Florida
2+ years of relevant experience
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
CPI certification
ACLS and PALS certifications

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher
Certification in a clinical specialty area
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with healthcare software and electronic health records
