Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.91 / Hour Job Schedule: Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a utilities location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity or conditions. Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as directed, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and report access concerns to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and communicating with supervisors and emergency responders as needed. Document patrols, incidents, and observations in required reports, and promptly report security-related concerns, hazards, and maintenance issues. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
