The team is located in Olathe, Colorado and the company is looking for reliable and motivated pet companions to join its fast‑paced, growing team. Responsibilities Operate an industrial bandsaw following instructions Maintain a safety‑first mindset Lift up to 50 lbs and other heavy equipment as required Set up machinery for operation Troubleshoot issues and perform maintenance Perform quality control checks Reporting and record‑keeping Change bandsaw blade according to instruction Clean machinery Perform routine performance tests of the machine’s capacity Other duties as assigned Maintain punctual and regular attendance Qualifications and Skills Less than high school education; at least 3 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Read a limited number of two‑ and three‑syllable words and recognize similarities and differences between words and series of numbers; print and speak simple sentences Add, subtract, multiply and divide and understand percentages; perform operations using units of weight and quantity measurements Apply common sense to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions; address problems involving few concrete variables in standardized situations Physical requirements: stand, walk, use hands, reach with arms, sit and talk or hear occasionally; lift up to 25 lbs; occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs; lift more than 50 lbs with assistance; peripheral vision; exposure to moving mechanical parts, extreme cold, wet environment, vibration; work in loud noise level Benefits Vacation time Sick time Paid company holidays Competitive medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance Discounted pet insurance 401k with matching after 1 year Career growth opportunities and training #J-18808-Ljbffr
