Build Your Future. ___________________________________________________________________________________________ Position Overview We are looking for a Group Fitness Instructor who is passionate about becoming a part of our club members fitness journey and providing a great group fitness class experience. _______________________________________________________________________________________ What You’ll Do: As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will deliver a superior group exercise class and fitness experience. The Instructor will get to know our members and become a part of their journey to ensure that their class experience and fitness expectations are met. This position is pivotal in allowing Crunch to achieve our vision “to be the best place to work, and workout.” ___________________________________________________________________________________________ What Success Looks Like: Delivers high-energy, inclusive classes members love, consistently hitting format standards while adding personal flair to boost attendance and retention. Builds genuine member relationships—learning names, goals, and preferences—to keep them motivated and connected to their fitness journey. Creates a fun, professional experience from warm-up to cool-down, showing up prepared/on-time and owning performance every class. Communicates reliably with leadership, supports club culture through teamwork, and continuously grows via trainings while embodying the Undefeated Tribe values. ___________________________________________________________________________________________ About You: You are optimistic, open minded, and unselfish. You are a natural pacemaker, and prefer that everyone get along. ___________________________________________________________________________________________ Responsibilities: Deliver motivational instruction during the member Class-ic Group Fitness experience Helping members achieve their goals on their fitness journey Respond with care to any member issues concerning group fitness classes Assist with accurately tracking class attendance numbers Participate and be engaged with weekly emails, monthly ZOOMs Attend the quarterly staff meeting for onsite training and new quarter class roll out Be involved with the instructor portal and social media for any updates and brand promotions _________________________________________________________________________________________ Qualifications: Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels required (ie bootcamp based classes, Kickboxing, Zumba, TRX, Sculpt, Yoga, Pilates, Cycle, POUND, and HIIT) Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification required (AFAA, ACE, or NASM preferred) CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire) Ability to provide a high energy class environment Strong communication skills and customer service orientation Physical Requirements Able to lift or move up to 50 lbs occasionally Physical effort required for daily duties include prolonged standing and walking Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required ___________________________________________________________________________________________ Travel: ___________________________________________________________________________________________ Benefits (for Full-time Employees) PTO Subsidized health insurance coverage (health, dental, vision) for full time positions Basic Life and AD&D HSA Short-term disability Free gym membership ___________________________________________________________________________________________ EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER UDT is an Equal Opportunity Employer, a drug-free workplace, and complies with ADA regulations as applicable.
